When is the museum open? 
The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am until 4:30pm and Sunday 1pm until 4:30pm. The shop hours are the same.
Where is the museum?
The museum is located at 165 North Park Avenue in Neenah, Wisconsin. From US 41, exit Main Street. Drive east until you see Lake Winnebago, turn left onto North Park Avenue. The museum is directly across the street from The Rocket at Riverside Park.
Is it ok to bring my children to the museum?
People of all ages are welcome at the museum, of course children do need to be supervised. Child visitors can participate in hands-on activities created especially for them to experience art on their own terms.
Besides paperweights, what else can I see at the museum?
Of course, the glass paperweights are our stellar and primary collection that are always on view, however we do have the Germanic glass drinking vessel collection that is also very interesting and two other glass collections that rotate on view periodically. Additionally, we offer a schedule of temporary exhibitions throughout the year. We have a great view of Lake Winnebago, too.
What is the price of admission?
Admission to the museum is free, donations are appreciated and essential to our operations.

Does the museum have a gift shop?
The museum has a wonderful gift shop filled with glass gifts of every shape and size to fit any price range. All museum proceeds directly support museum programming, and so when you shop at the museum you Shop with a Purpose. You are supporting the arts and all the great work we do for our community.
